2675082 - CATS WDA no error message when employee is locked via PA30

Symptom

An employee record is being processed via PA30 in the R/3 system. At the same time, time entries submitted through the HRESS_AC_CATS_1 application are successfully stored in the CATSDB table but are not being transferred to Infotype 2002, despite the profile in CAC1 having the “Immediate transfer to HR” option enabled. No error message is displayed during this process.
