Symptom
Planned days in time account snapshot report pulls 0 for past dated records if there is no planned leaves in future.
The Calculated Column "Planned Days" from Standard Report "Time Account Snapshot" doesn't consider past dated Planned leaves

Reproducing the Issue
Login to the instance and run the Employee Central standard report - "Time Account Snapshot"
Example:
Current data (today) is 27/7/2018
From Time Management, Time off data for User A as of date 30/06/2018 says 10 planned days whereas, as of today(27/07/2018) it is 0.
Run the Report "Time Account Snapshot" Provide the date range as 01/01/2018 to 30/06/2018 and notice planned days appears up as 0 whereas other field like Balanced days, Taken days, Earned days appear as per date filter
Cause
The cause of this issue is the token "today" and Operator Greater than which has been used in the calculated column planned days
- Planned Days: Filled with the bookingAmount multiplied with -1 when (1) bookingUnit = DAYS, (2) bookingDate > TODAY, (3) approvalStatus is APPROVED or PENDING and (4) bookingType = EMPLOYEE_TIME
Resolution
This is an expected behavior and hence planned days will fetch data only for future dated records and not for past dated.
