 How to configure the values order of a picklist that will appear in the Search Filter on the Career Site.

1. Go to your picklist file.
2. Set the labels according the order that you want.
3. Go to the Career Site and select the picklist drop-drown that you have created.
4. See the values order is following an alphabetical way.

  You cannot define the order that the valeus will show in the drop-drow, even if they appear in the same order that you set inside your Picklist file.

The system set the values in alphabetical way and this is the expected behavior.
