2675379 - Widget on The Homepage Shows No Records for Tasks

The number of Tasks on the Home page My Task widget shows zero even though you have Tasks assigned.

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Logon to the system with the affected User.
2. Go to the Homepage dashboard. Here you will see that the number of tasks seen in the My Task widget shows zero.
3. Click the My Task widget which is showing value zero.
4. It will navigate you to the My Task query where you will see XX (number of tasks assigned to you) tasks listed in your name.

The My Tasks widget on the Home screen will not display completed/Cancelled tasks even if they are visible under the My Tasks query.

The My tasks widget will only display the list of tasks that are overdue and Due in future and in "Open" or "In Process" Status.

Sorting order will be ascending based on Due date/time.

The My Tasks query within the Task OWL, however, will include completed and canceled tasks.

This is expected system behaviour.
