2675405 - Program 'Migration Monitor' exits with error code 129

During the system copy, the following error is seen in sapinst_dev.log:

The files import_monitor.java.log and import_monitor.log do not contain any further information. 

For Db2 LUW IBM (DB6) database only.

When SWPM is repeated, the following error may appear in the <table>_TPI.log, however the timestamp does not match the Program 'Migration Monitor' exits with error code 129.

The The SQL0668N with RC 3 means that access to table table-name is restricted.
The Return code 3 indicates that the table is in the Load Pending state. A previous LOAD attempt on this table resulted in failure. No access to the table is allowed until the LOAD operation is restarted or terminated.
This error is then expected if any failure or termination occurs before the load attempt is initialised.
