You have set up Duplex Printing on your Printer, but it is not considered by your Printer while printing.

- SAP Business ByDesign
- SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
Print any Business Document via the Cloud Print Manager Scenario and you will see that the hardcoded Duplex printing on your Printer does not work.
Resolution
As of now Duplex Printing is not supported.
