2675626 - Cannot create certificates because you have reached your quota limit: during certificate creation

Symptom

During creation of a CSR with the command generate-csr, the following error message appears:

*********************************
"(!) ERROR: Cannot create certificates because you have reached your quota limit"

*********************************

Similar error can be reported with the neo create-ssl-host command:

*********************************
(!) ERROR: Subaccount does not have remaining quota! Quota is [0], registered objects are [0]
*********************************
