2675637 - Behavior of Enable Leave of Absence Editing Switch In Time Management Configuration

• What is the expected behaviour for "Enable Leave of Absence Editing" setting on time management configuration object.
• How does the Leave of Absence (LOA) job information record (created via Time Off) change with this setting?

• Firstly, to view the field on the Time Management Configuration object in Manage Data, you need to set the field 'enableLOAediting' to 'editable' in:
• Configure Object Defintion >  Time Management Configuration  > enableLOAediting

When the "Enable Leave of Absence Editing" is set to "No" in Time Management Configuration:

LOA job information record in job history (created via time off):

• All job information fields are editable except the following fields: Effective start date, event, event reason, expected return date
• Not deletable (means no Delete option available)

When "Enable Leave of Absence Editing" set to "Yes" in Time Management Configuration:

LOA job information record in job history (created via time off):

• All fields are editable.
• Can be deleted (Delete option is available)

For imports:

• When you use Job information import to update the LOA records, the validations are still called and will not allow the update.
• The update of Job information records is only possible using Job history update via the UI.
