This check will compare the MDF Picklist "PositionMatrixRelationshipType" with the legacy picklisy "jobRelType" and it will identify if there are any inconsistencies between the two.

Standard Matrix Relationship Configurations:

If you are implementing the standard Best Practice method, of having only a single Matrix Manager or Custom Manager relationship type, then this check will tell if there are any inconsistencies between the two picklists, that would lead to Position Matrix Relationships not to synchronize to Job Relationships.
