2675958 - TDF - View activation error during installation

Symptom

When installing the TDF system from scratch using the procedure of chapter 4 of the Installation Guide you face an error message similar to this:

EFD_E210.calculationview (sap.glo.tmflocbr.efd) activation failed [FIN-TMF-BR]

Repository: Encountered an error in repository runtime extension;Model inconsistency.
Create Scenario failed: There is neither a default value nor a data input mapping for the mandatory variable $$P_MANDT$$ of the scenario HD5::_SYS_BIC:sap.glo.tmflocbr.efd/EFD_0015 (t -1) (see SAPNote 2525644 for more details).(calculationNode (EFD_0015) -> operation -> CalcScenarioDSNode (_SYS_BIC:sap.glo.tmflocbr.efd/EFD_0015) -> variables -> variable ($$P_MANDT$$))
