2675976 - Higher level line item category is not transferred from sales to billing document

Symptom

Sales order is created with BOM items and subitems.
BOM items have the billing relevance configured as "I" (order- related billing plan) and subitems have the billing relevance configured as "B" (relevant for order-related billing).
When billing document is created from that order, higher level line item category (VBAP-UEPOS) is not transferred correctly to VBRP-UEPOS.
