2675978 - SIA is running but no other BI services are running(including CMS)

Symptom

  • Server Intelligence Agent(SIA) is running but no other BI services are running(including CMS).
  • No special error in windows event viewer.
  • No cms.exe in Task manager and no cms trace log file is generated.
  • SIA log file is generated but no content was outputted in the SIA file.
  • No help by creating a new SIA.
  • Below errors could be found in SIA's high level trace log.(Generated by adding -trace to the end of SIA Command)
