2675986 - Take Over button in Resolve and Dispatch Incidents Fiori app does not change document status to In Process


You use the Resolve and Dispatch Incidents Fiori App from the IT Service Management Workcenter in Solution Manager 7.2, and when you select the "Take Over" button on a new Incident you are assigned correctly as the Message Processor but the system does not change the status from "New" to "In Process".
