DTP / Data Loads  into Infocubes 0SMD_EA1H and 0SMD_EA2H on Solution Manager systems running on SAP ASE, fail with error SQL9573.

There are no corresponding errors in the SAP ASE errorlog. The cause and solution cited in SAP KBA 2452627  do not apply.
