2676006 - BI services failed to start and with "The Server Intelligence Agent for this server is unavailable" in Properties page

• All BI services on one node of a cluster environment could startup without any issue.
• Only CMS can startup while all the other BI services failed to start on the other node.
• In the failed BI service's Properties page, "The Server Intelligence Agent for this server is unavailable" is shown.
• There is only one network interface card (NIC) on each BI node.
• Firewall is enabled on each BI node.

• SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform 4.x (BI 4.0 / 4.1 / 4.2)
