2676200 - How to do a mass upload of multiple documents in SAP Jam?

Customer wants to upload a massive number of documents at once to JAM

The recommended way for documents' mass uploads is to upload using a .zip format to a group in SAP Jam. Group admins have an option named "extract zip to content" in which will extract the files from the folder to JAM as content.

NOTE: this option preserves the directory structure in the zip file, so you can pre-organize the structure before creating the zip file.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Inside your group, go to "more"
2. Under the option "Group Admin Settings", select "extract zip to content"
3. Upload the folder > it will load all the content from inside the folder
