If a workflow has been triggered with an approver who has been terminated afterwards now these workflows can be identified using check tool

Solution:

In manage Workflow requests search for the workflow. Change the terminated approver to an active user.

ToDo with Invalid Workflow Status (ToDoWithInvalidStatusWorkflow)

Solution:

Export the check results and open a Support case under component LOD-SF-EC-WFL (Workflows) - Support will need to engage with Development Engineering to run a script to fix the data issue.

ToDo with Missing Workflow (ToDoWithMissingWorkflow)

Solution:

Export the check results and open a Support case under component LOD-SF-EC-WFL (Workflows) - Support will need to engage with Development Engineering to run a script to fix the data issue.

Customer Action:

1. Please contact Employee Central Support Engineer Team and Add the following to your case or Tikect:
2. Customer must provide us a written Approval for the script

Limitation:

You cannot find a workflow in: Manage workflow requests with invalid approvers  or Manage workflow request when both subject user and initiator are inactive.
