This KBA explains how to manage and customize Recruiting email templates.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Emails related to Recruiting (trigger emails, interview emails, candidate emails, etc.) can be created and modified under "Manage Recruiting Email Templates" via Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Email Templates:

Create New Recruiting Email

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Email Templates
2. Click "Create New Template"

3. Configure the email template to your desire. Valid tokens can be used in these email templates.
4. Click "Save Changes"

Modify Recruiting Email Template

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage recruiting email templates
2. Select the Recruiting Email Template you wish to modify
3. Modify the selected template
4. Click "Save Changes"

Please Note: It is only possible to review the Last Modified date, as there is not audit logs on who created each template.

Also, it is not possible to get audit logs in regards of the changes to Email Triggers, hence it is not possible to find out when and by whom any changes to Email Triggers were made.
