If a new feature is required, such as an additional button or enhanced functionality (e.g., task mapping or simulation), that is not currently available in the SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit ("Migrate Your Data" app), it is possible to submit an enhancement request.

If the request concerns a missing field or a new migration object, submit it under the respective Line of Business (LOB), such as Finance, Manufacturing, etc.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

There is no solution or workaround currently available to fit the needs.

The KBA was created for situations that do not represent an error in the current delivery of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. SAP’s ticketing system will deal only with fixing errors and does not cover feature requests. Thus, we close the ticket.

For go-live critical feature request, contact the PE/CEE/CSM to get support on the request.

Continuous Influence is a great program for customers and partners to share feedback/ideas that help enhance SAP solutions in production. It enables customers to submit ideas and to vote on them. Voting threshold (createria that the idea will go into review) is 4 company votes.

This program is related to Products and Solutions. Ideas are reviewed by SAP Product Management. Votes help to prioritize ideas along with other important selection criteria such as:

• DESIRABILITY: How many customers voted for this? How many customers will benefit from it?
• VIABILITY: Is this Improvement Request globally relevant? Is this in alignment with SAP’s strategy for the product?
• FEASIBILITY: Is the development effort realistic?  Is this request achievable within the product’s architecture?

All ideas are welcome and valuable. However, note that the volume of ideas will usually be much higher than the scope of what we can accomplish.

How this works:

• Get started by opening the SAP Customer Influence site.
• Log on with the S-user and accept the terms of use.
• Navigate to "SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Data Management and Data Migration". Here is the direct link: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/1180. It is possible to bookmark this link on the favorites bar.
• Search if the idea has already been submitted by another customer and if not, log the idea.
• Vote for Ideas that are intended to be supported and utilized within the organization. Note: Notifications will be provided regarding updates on ideas that have been voted for.
• Submit Idea: If an idea that matches the need cannot be found, use the "Submit Improvement" button to create a new idea and complete the relevant template. For SAP S/4HANA migration cockpit relevant improvements, select the category "Initial Data Load."
• Wait for Review: Once an idea has been submitted, it becomes visible to other customers who can vote for it. Ideas that reach the voting threshold (minimum number of votes) will be reviewed.
• Voting threshold: Each product session may have different thresholds. It is possible to find this information on the session landing page of each product.
• Ideas that have little to no votes from the community are automatically closed to help ease of navigation & visibility for the community.
• Review Result Communication: Each quarter, a blog is posted with information on the accepted and delivered ideas.
• My Requests / Votes / Comments: here it is possible to find all the ideas that have been submitted, voted for, or commented on
