2676823 - DBSQL_ARGUMENT_ERROR dump occurs while executing report RPTCORDBVIEW

Symptom

While executing the Program (report) RPTCORDBVIEW the system dumps an error "DBSQL_ARGUMENT_ERROR" in the backend. This can also be checked via the Transaction Code ST22.
