2676870 - Using negative values in SES / PO creation against TM / Freight Settlement

In Transportation Managment (TM) you have positive and negative charge types, which are then transferred to ERP in the Freight Settlement Document (FSD).

In ERP / ECC, the negative charge types are aggregated with the positive charge types.

You want to implement negative charge types (in TM) as negative Services (in ERP).

However, in the ERP system, using standard modules like BAPI_PO_CREATE1 (parameter POSERVICES), ERP does not permit all-negative value processing (resulting in dumps, or functional errors)
