2676875 - Time Sheet Scenario: Post Fixed Number Of Hours To TOiL Account

Symptom

Requirement is that if employee has worked overtime hours equal to or greater than 8 hours on a working day, then system should post 9 hrs 15 minutes to the dedicated time account (TOiL).

  • Configure The Time Recording As Below:

  • Assign the time recording profile in the emplyoee's job information.
  • Set the "overtime compensation method" in the Job Information of the employee to 'Time Off'
  • Now when you enter an overtime of more than 8 hours, 9:15 hours will be credited to the TOiL time account (For more detail on how to create the TOiL time account, please refer the 'Implementing Employee Central Time Sheet' handbook.
