When running the checks for Development application in Admin Center > Check Tool, issue(s) for the check "CWSJobDescriptionCheckExecutor" are found.

The job descriptions are out of sync

The configuration of job roles is dependent on whether you use Job Description Manager or Job Profile Builder. You can follow the below the steps to confirm which one you use:

Confirm if you use Job Description Manager or Job Profile Builder

1. Log into SuccessFactors
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Scheduled Job Manager
3. Select the Job Monitor tab
4. Locate the Job Type dropdown and search for JDM Old to New Sync
5. Review whether a result appears:
• If you do have a result in Scheduled Job Manager, you are on Job Profile Builder.
• If you do not have a result in Scheduled Job Manager, you are on Job Description Manager.

Update the Career Worksheet Template

As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage a Certified Partner or Product Support to assist with this configuration.

• If you do not have a Certified Partner, you can look for one using SAP Professional Services / SAP Certified Partner / SAP Account Management Team [SuccessFactors Cloud].

Update Job Descriptions

Review the job descriptions associated with the career worksheet template from the check tool results. If the job descriptions are inconsistent, update the job descriptions manually in Job Profile Builder or Job Description Manager to keep them in sync.
