Resolution
The date range in Trend History section relies on two parameters:
- Date range configured for the Performance-Potential matrix section in the Talent Card configuration:
NOTE: Complete information on how to configure this section for Talent Card, is available in the KBA 2407791 - Talent Card – Matrix Grid section (Performance & Potential and Competency & Objective).
- The first date range will be the END DATE of the oldest rating and the last date range will be the END DATE of the latest rating (based on the date range selected in the section configuration). Then, the system will divide the whole period on the axis into 4 equal periods, and calculate middle date range of each section.
For example:
- Date Range is 12/31/2016 to 12/31/2017;
- Total number of days is 365 in the year.
RESULT = System divides 365 into 4 (365/4 = 91.25), every point will be 91 days later than previous time point.
