Symptom

  • When loading Fiori Launchpad, no apps are available.
  • Catalogs/groups are showing with only a + symbol to add the app
  • When clicking on the '+' symbol, a message appears saying "There are no apps to display"
  • 'Reference Lost' error appearing in Fiori Launchpad Designer
