2677184 - Smart Business tiles not loading KPI initially

Symptom

When the Fiori Launchpad first loads, Smart Business for Suite on HANA KPI tiles do not load and show the busy indicator.

  • In the browser console log, the following error appears: 
    "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'dataServices' of undefined"
  • The KPI tiles will load if the user either refreshes the page or scrolls down on the Fiori Launchpad until the KPI tiles are not shown, then scrolls back up
