2677417 - Edit Output Settings is not Working When Releasing an Invoice

• You are creating and releasing an Invoice, after you have changed Output Settings and the change is not considered.
• Instead the previously entered settings are applied.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Open the Customer Invoicing Workcenter.
2. Select the Invoice Request View.
3. Select any Invoice Request with status To be invoiced.
4. Click on Advanced Invoicing.
5. Tick the box for Automatic Release and confirm.
6. In the Invoice view, click on You can also - Edit Output Settings
7. Change any detail, e.g. from Email to Printer.
8. Release the invoice.

The Output is still sent out via Email and does not appear in the Print queue.

• This is a restriction when you select Automatic Release that no changes in the Output are considered.
• This is the expected system behaviour.

Please untick the box Automatic Release during invoicing to avoid this issue:

1. Open the Customer Invoicing Workcenter.
2. Select the Invoice Request View.
3. Select any Invoice Request with status To be invoiced.
4. Click on Advanced Invoicing.
5. Untick the box for Automatic Release and confirm.
6. In the Invoice view, click on You can also - Edit Output Settings
7. Change any detail, e.g. from Email to Printer.
8. Release the invoice.

 Now the changes are applied and the Output is sent to the Print queue.
