Symptom
- Integrations made for inactive users are not being processed.
- When working with Employee Import, what is the option in import employee "Process Inactive Employees" used for?
- Changes are not taking effect on the inactive users when a UDF was imported into the system.
- Changes not reflecting on the inactive employees.

Resolution
There are two ways to use this:
- Via Scheduled Job in Provisioning:

- Access the user provisioning and go to Manage Scheduled Jobs, search by "Employees Import" and select the job name.
- Kindly note Provisioning access is not allowed for customers. Please contact your implementation partner or Product Support to create a new job in Provisioning.
- The option "Process inactive Employees" is used to update the changes made for the Inactive users/employees. If is not check all the changes made to inactive employees will not replicate
- Via Employee Import tool in UI
- Login to your SuccessFactors instance.
- Go to Admin Center then Import Employee Data / Employee Import.
- On Select Entity field, choose Basic Import.
- Then click the More Options button to expand a dialog box.
- Check the Process Inactive Employees option.
