2677737 - LinkedIn Open Content Network SSO Setup

LinkedIn SSO needs to be set up in provisioning as this OCN provider is being implemented into the LMS

NOTE: This implementation can only be made by Partners, SAP Implementation Team or Support that has access to Customers Provisioning tool.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log in to Provisioning
2. Go to the Authorized SP Consumer Service section
3. Place in the URL provided into the Assertion Consumer Service (that has to be provided by the vendor)
4. Leave Logout URL, Audience URL, SP Mapping Key Blank
5. Set the Application Name to Other Application
6. Save the changes.

Example URL: https://www.linkedin.com/checkpoint/enterprise/saml/[#####]?application=learning&appInstanceId=[#####]

Note:

• the [####] are numbers that should be in the URL that are unique per customer
• This setup should be done by the partner during the implementation phase. In case it was missed, support team may assist you further. Please submit a support ticket explaining the issue.
• If LinkedIn provides metadata/certificate to be imported, this is not a requirement for SSO to work nor is this supported by SAP.
