2677803 - Unable to submit or view specific ideas on SF customer influence portal

Ideas submitted on Customer Influence Portal cannot be opened or edited by some centain customers
Some of the users can access to Customer Influence Portal, but unable to edit some of the ideas

Some sessions on Customer Influence Portal can only be opened for SAP customers and partners.

The users using a P-user cannot access to these certain ideas.

Create an S-user ID (with 'display cloud data' authorization for SF related ideas) for the users who need to edit or open such ideas.
