Approver receives either of the following error while trying to approve an offer:

1. Error while routing, Service Application exception occured.Wrapped Exception: FormRoutingException caught: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.successfactors.workflow.bean.RouteMapBean.hasIFSignitureStep() of a null object loaded from local variable 'routeMapBean'

2. Error while routing, Service Application exception occured. Wrapped Exception: FormRoutingException caught: No routing map found for folderMapid 0
