 SuccessFactors Employee Central: Document Generation

1. Go to Admin Center > Generate Document
2. Search for template  and User ID for which you want to generate document
3. Download
4. Error: The document cannot be generated as the following placeholder(s) mapped to Calculated Mapping are not part of a table and have multiple values.

The business rules configured here can return multiple values if the target user has multiple components that satisfy the rule conditions.

• In document generation we don't allow placeholders mapped via Rule Mapping to have multiple values unless it is part of a table.
• We recommend to go for a direct mapping in this case if the placeholds has to be shown in the document without any conditions involved.
• We would suggest to create separate placeholders and keep them in a table.
• Map these placeholders under Direct mapping and not Rule mapping.
