2678477 - Error when install SAP ENABLE NOW MANAGER HANA Edition

Symptom

Installing SAP ENABLE NOW Manager HANA Edition.

One or more of the below errors are observed when starting Enable Now:

  • FAIL - Application at context path [/mymanager] could not be started
  • FAIL - Encountered exception [org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: Failed to start component [StandardEngine[Catalina].StandardHost[localhost].StandardContext[/mymanager]]]

The manager log file may also display the below error:

org.apache.catalina.deploy.NamingResourcesImpl.cleanUp Failed to retrieve JNDI naming context for container [StandardEngine[Catalina].StandardHost[localhost].StandardContext[/mymanager]] so no cleanup was performed for that container javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Name [comp/env] is not bound in this Context. Unable to find [comp].
