2678576 - Report Assignments Missing - How to Reassign Reports

Reports are missing in the Analysis work center. When you check in the Business Analytics work center, the reports have the status Unassigned.

• SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the work center Business Analytics and the view Design Reports.
2. Check the Assignment Status column.
3. All reports are shown as Unassigned.

The Unassign All job was triggered. This feature is available in the Design Reports work center view > Assignment Overview.

This feature unassigns all reports from all work center views and business roles. You can use the Reassign All button to revert this, however please note the following points:

• You can only reassign standard reports. Custom and mobile reports have to be assigned manually.
• You can only reassign reports to work center views. Assignments to business roles will have to be done manually.

For this reason, if you have dashboards and KPIs which are based on report assignments to business roles, these will need to be redone manually.

Please also note that the Unassign All feature cannot be used selectively. Hence unassigning reports is only possible for each report separately or for all reports in one go.

PLEASE NOTE --> SAP Product Support cannot restore the original assignments to custom reports and they must be done manually.
