PDF documents are unavailable in Onboarding 1.O> Document Center.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Log on to the Onboarding 1.O dashboard. 
2. Complete the New Employee Step for the candidate.
3. Sign Documents.
4. Those documents are not available in Document Center.

• The activity is still in progress and has not yet reached to the "All Documents Submitted" status.
• There is a condition to access the document in the document center.

Scenario 1

1. In Onboarding
2. Pick up the activity in the work queue
3. Complete the final step
4. When the final step is completed, and documents are signed by both the candidate, and manager 
5. The activity status will then change to "All documents Submitted" then and only then will Documents appear in Document Center
6. To check the status of the activity 
7. Navigate to Onboarding
8. Settings
9. Manage Employees
10. Search for the Candidate 
11. View the Status
    

Scenario 2

When Document Center access is related to divison/location or any other condition, the user will only access documents for divison/location he/she has access and all conditions must match.

It is possible to check if access to Document Center has conditions:

1. Login BizX
2. Go to Onboarding
3. Go to Onboarding Dashboard > Security > Groups
4. Check Document Center Group
5. Select a group
6. Click Assign and check if there are conditions
