2679136 - Cancel Class VCAL attachment for Instructor and contact

While creating a class, the instructor gets e-mail notification and also a VCAL attachment, but when the class is canceled, only the e-mail notification is triggered and no VCAL attachment is sent, which is a different behavior as for Users. The instructor will receive only an ics attachment with the cancellation notification.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)

1. Search & open the Class
2. Cancel the Class in Actions menu (class has to have an associated instructor);
3. Select to send notification for both, Users and Instructors;
4. Review the notifications. 

It is an expected behavior.

The calendar invite notifications are meant for notifications to Users and Instructor (Only Primary) in case of VLE enabled class notifications. Supervisor, Instructor and Contacts of classes will only receive notifications with ICS attachments for class calendar info. Users receive VCAL notifications for several actions, between them, registration, withdrawal of class and cancellation of class.

For Instructors, Supervisors and other Users beside the ones registered in the class, they will only receive the notification with ICS attachment and no VCAL notification. This decision is to continue inline with other notifications sent to Instructors, like, for instance, the Withdrawal of some registered User.
