2679136 - Cancel Class VCAL attachment for Instructor and contact

While creating a class, the instructor gets e-mail notification and also a VCAL attachment, but when the class is canceled, only the e-mail notification is triggered and no VCAL attachment is sent, which is a different behavior as for Users. The instructor will receive only an .ics attachment with the cancellation notification.

1. Search & open the Class >
2. Cancel the Class in Actions menu (class has to have an associated instructor) >
3. Select to send notification for both, Users and Instructors >
4. Review the notifications. 

It is an expected behavior.

The calendar invite notifications are intended for Users and the Primary Instructor in cases of VLE-enabled class notifications. The Supervisor, Instructor, and Contacts of classes will only receive notifications with ICS attachments containing class calendar information. Users receive VCAL notifications for several actions, including registration, withdrawal, and cancellation of a class.

For Instructors, Supervisors, and other Users besides those registered in the class, they will only receive the notification with an ICS attachment and no VCAL notification. This decision aligns with the approach taken for other notifications sent to Instructors, such as the withdrawal of a registered User.
