2679255 - Invalid Start Time Error while creating schedule offering in Thai / Japanese locale

LMS admins will get Invalid Start Time validation error when creating scheduled offering in Thai/Japanese locale.

SuccessFactors Learning , Learning Management System

Login to LMS Admin go to References -> Geography -> Locales -> select locale and goto time pattern.

Admin is using AM/PM in english locale.

When admin locale is in Thai /Japanese , it is expected to enter AM/PM in Thai /Japanese language for the time format selected. Please do use Thai / Japanese translation of AM /PM. This should avoid the validation Error while creating schedule offerings .

or

use HH:MM:SS (24 hour format) to avoid such issues.

Note : under admin preferences, please make sure you are using the same "time pattern"  to avoid any conflicts, so that when creating or editing the offerings, the same pattern is used.
