Symptom

  • Replication of a DML command on a table having a function-based index fails.
  • The DSI thread terminates with a 11738 error, for example:

ERROR #1028 DSI EXEC(103(1) RDS.rdb) - neric/dsi/dsiqmint.c(5165)
        Message from server: Message: 11738, State 1, Severity 15 -- 'Name 'sybfi2_1' is reserved for internal use by Adaptive Server. Please use a different name.'.

  • The name is shown as 'sybfi<value>'. It can be 'sybfi2_1', 'sybfi8_1' or similar.
