2679279 - No candidate IE process is found when launching IE in SAP Client Plug-in

Symptom

It doesn't work to launch application Microsoft Internet Explorer in SAP Client Plug-in.

Error: No candidate IE process is found!

In the meanwhile, it may be noticed that more than one tabs are opened in IE, and the following error is in the output_plugin-starter-gui.trc:

Error: OnApplicationLaunch#No available child IE8 process is detected, parent process Id: <PID_of_iexplore.exe>.
