2679290 - maintenance notification does not get to Status NOCO after Usage Decision

Symptom

When Usage Decision (UD) is made against an inspection lot generated from Inspection type 14 , the maintenance order is technically completed, while the maintenance notification associated with the maintenance order does NOT get to Status NOCO.
