Cloud Print Manager does not support Follow Me Printing

SAP CLOUD PRINT MANAGER

Cloud Print Manager(CPM) runs as a Windows service with a single user. All print jobs technically belong to the CPM user. Therefore follow me printing is not supported with CPM.

SAP offers a 3^rd party API, where certified partners are enabled to provide the follow me printing functionality with an output management system (OMS). Follow me printing typically requires specific hardware and a user mapping between users in the SAP system and outside the SAP system. This functionality will not be provided from SAP directly. Please contact an appropriate OMS vendor.
