When using a dashboard in broadcasts, it always opens in HTML.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
-
Create a broadcast from the Business Analytics Work Center.
- Use the format as Web Browser Link.
- Execute the broadcast and access the link through email.
- Dashboard will open in the HTML version of the system.
Cause
The dashboards will always open in the HTML version of the system.
Resolution
This is a default behavior of the system
