2679514 - Blank page on Refresh of Lumira document using Netweaver

Symptom

  • When refereshing Lumira documents using SAP Netweaver as the web server, a blank page is seen. There is no result, the refresh is not successful.
  • In F12 Developer Tools or Fiddler traces of the refresh, a 403 is retrieves for the following URL:
    http://<HOST>:<PORT>/BOE/portal/1804270931/LumiraWebApp/sap/service/pjs/handleDAERequest 
  • Netweaver dev_icm_sec traces show the following messages for the handleDAERequest URL:
    Error: Permission denied (-13), Content filter matched: Permission denied
