Symptom

  • When a particular user refreshes Web Intelligence document based on a specific .unx universe containing restriction, the following error is displayed: "An internal error occurred while calling the 'processDPCommandsEX' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (Error: INF)".
  •  The report works correctly when removing this user from the group of universe restrictions.
