2679767 - RepServer upgrade causes RSSD ERROR #15435 when custom function strings are used - SRS

Symptom

  • When using custom function strings,
  • Upgrading SAP Replication Server (SRS) from 15.6 to 15.7.1 SP306 R1 causes the following errors in the SRS errorlog:

ERROR #15435 DSI EXEC(129(1) RSSD.RSSD) - eric/ddl/ddllogcmd.c(1560)
        Could not find '' from system table 'rs_funcstrings' while processing logical command 275.
The DSI thread for database 'RSSD.RSSD' is shutdown.
