Curricula is assigned to users without using the Assignment Profiles or the User Needs Mgt.

SAP Successfactors Learning Management System

The Curricula is assigned to users as a result of "Copying" an existing curricula and checking the tickbox for "User Assignments"

Selecting "User Assignments" when copying a curricula will result to the assignment of the new curricula to users who have been assigned the original curricula.

As per Engineering Team:

"When an admin tries to copy a curriculum, they have an option to select "User Assignments" which translates to if User 'X' has been assigned with source curricula then assign the newly created curricula from copy operation to User 'X' as well."

If you do not want to assign the new curricula to users who have been assigned the original curricula that you are copying, do not tick this checkbox.
