Symptom

  • "This version of the Live Universe Connector is not supported anymore, could you please update to the latest version available on SMP?" when using BOE Live Data Connect in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

  • The above error occurs when creating a model, and only occurs when BOE Live Data Connect and Business Intelligence Platform are deployed on the same Tomcat.
  • Creating a Live Universe Connection is still fine.

  • https://<Tomcat>:8443/sap/boc/ina/GetServerInfo returns the wrong version:

           ServerInfo":{"Client":"000000000000000000","ServerType":"SAP UNX LIVE","SystemId":"UNX","UserLanguageCode":"EN","Version":"0.0.0.0"
