How to control visibility of Key Position indicator on Talent Card in legacy Position nomination method?

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

The Key Position are visible only if position’s incumbent is within the target population of Succession Management and Matrix Report (SMMR) or Manage User or Succession Planning permission (SPP) for the logged in user or proxied user.

If a user has SMMR or SPP or Manage Users permission then he will always be able to view Key Position for his target population on Talent Card.
