Symptom

Shortdump MESSAGE_TYPE_X is raised when you start the DBA cockpit using T-cd:dbacockpit, DB12 or DB02:

The current application has triggered a termination with a short dump.
Short text of the error message:
Object cl_dba_rdi_meta: Method call initialize_staging_table failed with
return code = UDF_NOT_FOUND

You may get this shortdump after implementing SAP Note 2475129.

ST22 may also see numerous repeated dumps of the type above at regular intervals (up to 1000's per day) related to the regular runs of the collectors.
