2680223 - 500 Internal Server Error on WDA apps using custom theme

Symptom

A 500 Internal Server Error is raised when accessing a Web Dynpro ABAP application using a custom theme.

The following exception is raised on the tcode st22:

        Category ABAP programming error
        Runtime Errors UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION
        Except. /UI5/CX_VFS_ERROR
        ABAP Program /UI5/CX_VFS_ERROR=============CP
        Application Component CA-UI2-THD

This error occurs both when opening the application on standalone mode and when opening it from the Fiori Launchpad.

On a Fiori Launchpad scenario where the application resides on a different system than the Fiori Launchpad, the dump will be displayed on the system where the application resides.
